The GEC Platform streamlines the process of fostering improved diversity, equity, and inclusion within educational institutions. We begin by focusing on your staff and subsequently incorporate the involvement of the students. By being part of the Global Equality Collective, you gain access to a comprehensive framework, an array of tools, insights, and resources for effectively advancing intentional inclusion across multiple schools in your Local Authority.

Data-driven insights: The GEC Platform is designed to deliver immediate, precision-based results and a well-structured data-driven action plan. This empowers schools to swiftly pinpoint areas for enhancement and concentrate their efforts with precision, ensuring impactful and efficient outcomes.

We’ve been able to deliver a positive impact on over 223,000 students so far, with our targets set on impacting 1 million students by the end of 2025. Our BETT ‘Highly Commended’ Transformational Impact award points to the growing success our members are seeing.

"The GEC platform is an invaluable tool for ensuring an equitable experience for all. It quickly identifies strengths and areas for development and links to practical solutions through visual media and further reading. In addition, the accompanying support sessions allow for further discussion and facilitate the creation of bespoke plans so that schools can effectively feed the data into their CPD offer. We are excited to see what the student survey highlights and how we will use this to inform their personal development curriculum".
