We exist to help schools build positive, inclusive cultures.

Empower your school with inclusive excellence

In a world where diversity is our greatest strength, your role in shaping young minds is pivotal. The Global Equality Collective is here to partner with you in this noble endeavour.

Our mission is simple yet profound: to help you build a school culture where every staff member and student feels valued, heard, and included.

Changing school culture is what we do. The right balance of people and tech is how we do it. (Text next to an image of a person holding a tablet in a wheelchair)

Why inclusivity matters in education

Inclusivity isn't just a moral imperative; it's a catalyst for educational success. Research shows that inclusive educational environments enhance student engagement, academic performance, and overall well-being. When staff feel supported in a diverse workplace, their teaching thrives, or as we see it, body-popping positivity and learning for all!

Your commitment to equality and inclusivity is a commitment to a brighter future for all. We founded the GEC, brought the Collective together and work continuously to provide the best technology and resources to make your place, the place where every individual can thrive.

Because Every Student and Educator Deserves to Belong

One of our main aims is to impact cultural change through our communities and work - we want all of our futures to be equitable.

Our aim is nothing short of systemic change, to help us all break out of binary thinking about privilege and diversity.

Why are we so well-placed to deliver a cultural health check?

The right team

Founded by Nic Ponsford, the Global Equality Collective (GEC) is now a multi-award-winning global community of over 13,000+ Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) change makers including 400 inclusion, diversity and well-being subject matter experts, working together to equip, empower and educate. The right platform

The GEC Platform streamlines your journey towards achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion with combined approach. Level 1, our Staff Module, is designed for everyone in your school community, including site teams, senior leadership, governors, support staff, and curriculum teams. This then gets your cultural ecosystem right for the next step - students.

With the introduction of Level 2, the Students Module, you now have the unprecedented ability to incorporate and understand student perspectives like never before.
