All the Pieces of Me

Entering Year 9 proves challenging for everyone, but Tally finds it particularly tough. As she and her friends grow older, the landscape changes—make-up, boys, social media, GCSE prep—all feels different. Being autistic, Tally has long understood certain challenges. However, adolescence leaves her feeling uncertain about her identity. The shifts in her teenage years prompt self-discovery, and Tally grapples with the question of who she truly is in this evolving landscape.
