We believe that the only way to achieve diversity, equality and inclusion is by working together - we want you, we value you and we need you.

By pooling all of our collective knowledge and bringing together all of the brilliant people and the resources that have already been created, we can bring about balance in the UK.

One of our core values is collaboration over competition - we want to work with you and share everything we have with you, in order to make change happen.

We want our work to be accessible as possible.

Therefore we are introducing the ‘GEC honesty box’.

You pay what you feel our work is worth and will invest our time and effort into amplifying your incredible work through our community, networks and partners. We have mapped out some suggestions - but the choice is yours!

Level 1: £750 - Visionary Level

Description: Your amazing generosity not only covers all our costs but also provides the GEC resources we need to grow and expand our efforts! With your support, we can drive even greater progress in equity, diversity, and inclusion in education. This is for larger profit-making organisations or individuals who see the potential sales and marketing opportunities with us!
Impact: At the Visionary level, you’re empowering the future of our movement! Your contribution helps us reach more people, organise more transformative events, and create lasting change. You’re helping to build a brighter, more inclusive GEC future for all.

Level 2: £250 - Sustainer Level

Description: This contribution reflects the true value of the incredible work we do at the GEC! By choosing this level, you’re covering the real costs of our programs—from materials to venues and facilitators—ensuring we can continue to deliver impactful programs. We see this suiting profit-making organisations or individuals who want to collaborate with an existing network of school leaders and our online following to save them time.
Impact: Your support at this level keeps us thriving! You’re helping the GEC maintain the high quality of our work, ensuring we can keep inspiring and uplifting the communities we serve.

Level 3: £50 - Supporter Level

Description: Every contribution matters, and this is a perfect way to show your support! This tier ensures we can keep our essential GEC work going and cover the basic expenses needed to continue our mission. This is for one and all. Want to increase your reach, get some advice on your edtech platform or coaching offer? Want to promote your book directly with schools or get content into the GEC Platform - this is for you!
Impact: Even at the Supporter level, you’re making a huge difference! Your contribution helps the GEC stay active and impactful, bringing us closer to a more inclusive and equitable educational environment. Thank you for being a key part of this journey!
