Leading the charge is Nic Ponsford on the 19th June 2024 as we take the reigns at the Empowering Young People to Change the World 2024 Conference (#EYP2CtW24). We’ll be taking over from 4-5.30pm and then we promise to hand them back!

The 'Empowering Young People to Change the World' online teachers conference series has been running since the 16th April and will end on the 17th July. With roughly two events scheduled each week of term time, from 4pm (UK time), this conference series is filled to the rafters with unique CPD opportunities for educators delivered by regional, national and global speakers and experts.

This is the 10th annual #EYP2CtW24 (and our third!) and is FREE to attend so teachers can take away new knowledge, expertise and ideas that can be used to empower our young people to change the world.

Our very own Nic Ponsford and Kim Rihal will chair the session on the 19th June which will include:

💪 Trevor Benstock - How these AI and VR technologies can help democratise and personalise education

💪 Troy Jenkinson – his role as a headteacher turned author using picture books to promote diverse families

💪 Jasmine Navarro - Building confidence from the beginning; A student-centred approach

💪 Matthew Dicks – presents our joint 'Bridging the technology divide social value project' for schools

💪 Kari Anson - Being a GEC Member and diversifying curriculum resources, specifically reading spines
